Shipping & Order Status


Bryton stocks a wide range of product and will make every attempt to ship same-day (order receipt cutoff 1pm EST). Within 24 hours of ordering for these items, all other items will be processed and shipped in as expedient of manner as possible. Availability and supply will be confirmed upon ordering.

Our goal at Bryton is to ship all items as soon as possible. Most in-stock products ship same day. We try our best to get products to our customers with as minimal wait as possible, but please bear in mind that with some larger, custom products, there can be a waiting period of several weeks as your equipment is manufactured. Payment & Pricing


All Bryton products and services are quoted in US Dollars. Bryton accepts all major credit cards, ACH, Wire or Cashiers Checks.

Open account terms are available to established customers on a Net 30 basis. 2% fee will be charged to past due accounts. Accounts over 150 days will be closed and re-application will be required to re-open. Customer agrees to accept responsibility for all legal fees accrued for maintaining account.

Returns & Refunds


Bryton's return policy is simple and customer satisfaction is our goal. If your order is received defective or not as ordered, call for immediate resolution at 800-567-9500.
All Returns must be accompanied by a valid RMA# or it will not be accepted. All returns must be received by Bryton within 30 days, and will be subject to inspection. A minimum 20% restocking fee may apply. Custom products are non-returnable.

Purchase orders accepted become a binding, legal contract. Any order change or cancellation must transpire before shipping or within the first 72 hours, whichever is first. Changes to order after that period may incur change order fees; orders cancelled after this period will incur a minimum of 20% restocking fee. Custom orders are not eligible for cancellation after 72 hours or if the product has entered production or already has been shipped.


Warranty Information


Bryton Corporation warrants its Products and Services as follows: (warranties are product/service specific, warranties as stated on product quotes or sales agreements supercede the foregoing where applicable) –
ReVive Program Products Warranty
All equipment put through Brytons ReVive Program Remanufacturing Service will be covered by a full two (2) year parts and labor warranty, unless otherwise stated on written sales contract. Customer responsible to obtain a valid RGA number and send product to Bryton factory for warranty inspection where required. Repairs may be performed at customer facility at Bryton’s discretion. ReVive warranty covers parts and labor for manufacturer defective parts and/or replacement thereof for 2 years from invoice date. Bryton may replace product at its sole discretion, should item be discontinued, Bryton reserves the right to replace with a ‘like’ product. All warranty claims will be subject to product inspection before repair or replacement is approved. Bryton warranties do not cover products that have signs of alterations, abuse, misuse, or damage that is not a result of manufacturer defect; or defect/fault is caused by lack of reasonable care. Signs of such will void all warranty on said product whatsoever. Evidence of tamper, repair, or adjustments made by a non-Bryton ‘Approved’ technician will Void all Warranty.
Used Equipment Warranty
Will be as stated on quotations or sales agreement supplied. If no warranty is noted on quotation, sales agreement, or invoice, used equipment and pre-owned equipment is deemed to be sold ‘as is – where is’, no warranty will be honored; expressed or implied. Freight shipments on used equipment are the responsibility of the customer, all shipping claims are responsibility of customer. Bryton is not responsible for any damage incurred during transit on shipments of used equipment or pre-owned equipment.
90 Day Warranty
Covers product for 90 days from invoice date, parts replacement only, should a part be deemed defective. Labor is not included unless otherwise stated in writing on a quotation or sales agreement for the item. Bryton will pay for freight for shipment of parts to customer for on-site installations made by customer. Bryton is not responsible for installations performed, the installation process is the direct responsibility of the customer to insure that it is performed by a trained insured person for such installation.
Surgical Table Accessories Warranty
All stock surgical table accessories & attachments are covered by a full 2 year parts and labor Warranty, unless otherwise stated on quotation or sales agreement contract, with the exception of any cushion/pad surface of said product. Any cushion/pad surface of the product will be covered under Bryton’s cushion warranty. Warranty covers parts and labor required to repair said product. Bryton may replace product at its sole discretion, should item be discontinued, Bryton reserves the right to replace with a ‘like’ product. All warranty claims will be subject to inspection before repair or replacement is approved, Bryton warranties do not cover products that have signs of alterations, abuse, misuse, or damage that is not a result of a manufacturer defect, or that may be a result of lack of reasonable care. Signs of such will void all warranty on said product whatsoever. Evidence of tamper, repair, or adjustments by a non-Bryton approved technician will Void all warranty. Bryton will pay for freight/travel costs for repair or replacement
Cushion, Pad, Mattress Warranty
Bryton warrants all cushions, pads, positioners, and patient care mattresses to be free from manufacturer defect for a period of One Year from date of purchase. Warranty does not cover tears, rips, stains or any surface blemish that could have been avoided with reasonable level of user care. Bryton’s cushion/pad/mattress Warranty does not cover damage/defect caused by harsh cleaning chemicals or excess body fluids. Warranty covers parts and labor required to repair said product. Bryton may replace product at its sole discretion, should item be discontinued, Bryton reserves the right to replace with a ‘like’ product. All warranty claims will be subject to inspection before repair or replacement is approved, Bryton warranties do not cover products that have signs of alterations, abuse, misuse, or damage that is not a result of a manufacturer defect, or that may be a result of lack of reasonable care. Signs of such will void all warranty on said product whatsoever. Evidence of tamper, repair, or adjustments by a non-Bryton approved technician will Void all warranty. Stainless Steel Products Warranty
Bryton’s Stainless Steel Equipment, including but not limited to SS Tables, Work Surfaces, Cabinetry, Stands, and Custom SS Product will be covered by a full five (5) year parts and labor warranty; unless otherwise stated on product quotation or sales contract. Warranty covers parts and labor required to repair said product. Bryton may replace product at its sole discretion, should item be discontinued, Bryton reserves the right to replace with a ‘like’ product. All warranty claims will be subject to inspection before repair or replacement is approved, Bryton warranties do not cover products that have signs of alterations, abuse, misuse, or damage that is not a result of a manufacturer defect, or that may be a result of lack of reasonable care. Signs of such will void all warranty on said product whatsoever. Evidence of tamper, repair, or adjustments by a non-Bryton approved technician will Void all warranty. Bryton will pay for freight/travel costs for repair or replacement for the first two years, customer will pay for freight/shipping costs and/or travel costs, incurred under warranty repairs or product replacements thereafter, Bryton will cover all parts and labor for full 5 years.
One-Year Warranty
Includes complete product for one (1) year against manufacturer defects at Bryton’s sole discretion. Bryton will pay to/fro freight for all ‘approved’ First Year Warranties. Repairs may be performed at customer facility at Bryton’s discretion. One Year warranty covers parts and labor for manufacturer defective parts and replacement thereof. Bryton may replace product at its sole discretion, should item be discontinued, Bryton reserves the right to replace with a ‘like’ product. All warranty claims will be subject to inspection before repair or replacement is approved, Bryton warranties do not cover products that have signs of alterations, abuse, misuse, or damage that is not a result of manufacturer defect. (e.g. knife cuts in vinyl cushions)
Two-Year Warranty
Includes complete product for two (2) years against manufacturer defects at Bryton’s sole discretion. Applies to all Bryton Surgical Table Accessories unless otherwise stated on product quotation. Warranty covers parts and labor required to repair said product. Bryton may replace product at its sole discretion, should item be discontinued, Bryton reserves the right to replace with a ‘like’ product. All warranty claims will be subject to inspection before repair or replacement is approved, Bryton warranties do not cover products that have signs of alterations, abuse, misuse, or damage that is not a result of manufacturer defect. (e.g. knife cuts in vinyl cushions)
Five-Year Warranty
Includes complete product for five (5) years against manufacturer defects at Bryton’s sole discretion. Applies to most Bryton Stainless Steel Equipment unless otherwise stated on product quotation. Warranty covers parts and labor required to repair said product. Bryton may replace product at its sole discretion, should item be discontinued, Bryton reserves the right to replace with a ‘like’ product. All warranty claims will be subject to inspection before repair or replacement is approved, Bryton warranties do not cover products that have signs of alterations, abuse, misuse, or damage that is not a result of a manufacturer defect. Signs of such will void all warranty on said product whatsoever. Evidence of tamper, repair, or adjustments by a non-Bryton approved technician will Void all warranty. Bryton will pay for freight costs or travel costs for repair or replacement for the first two years, customer will pay for freight/shipping costs and/or travel costs incurred under warranty repairs or product replacements thereafter, Bryton will cover all parts and labor for full 5 years.
Additional Warranty Terms
- Pictures must be provided for review in all Warranty Claims to determine root cause.
- Product replacement will require defective product be returned to Bryton for full credit. Core units or defective product not returned with 15 days of initial claim/complaint will result in disallowance of claim and any product that had been sent as replacement will be billed out at normal rate and customer will be responsible for full freight.
- Costs may be applicable if part or product returned to Bryton under warranty does not fall under Bryton’s Warranty Terms on inspection. Customer is responsible for all freight in/out under this circumstance, as well as any other costs incurred, including any parts or products that may have been sent as replacement already to customer, customer would be then billed at normal rate for such product.
- Bryton warranty terms do not cover disposable parts, replacement parts required under normal wear (such as bulbs).
- Bryton does not cover user error, such as damage caused to equipment from overweight or excess pressure applied; tears or cuts from user error; surface blemishes or scratches acquired in use; equipment failure from improper voltage or electrical current supplied to product; damage from not protecting equipment if transporting through doorways or in corridors; any damage caused that user care could have prevented will be deemed to be not covered under warranty.
- If Bryton responds to warranty claim and the said fault or defect is found to have been a result of customers responsibility, lack of reasonable care, or was because of equipment fault is found to be from user error or neglect – (ei: service tech travels to facility and finds reason equipment is malfunctioning is it is not plugged into suitable AC Power supply) then the facility agrees to reimburse Bryton for all technicians incurred expenses such as travel costs and hourly labor charge @ $95/hr per technician.
- If ‘product’ under warranty claim is found to have been altered, abused, misused or unnecessarily tampered with, Warranty will be null and void, regardless of the nature of the claim or whether the defect or issue is a result of such activity. Under such cases, customer agrees to reimburse Bryton for all costs incurred under the claim, including technician travel costs and labor.
- Minor adjustments or service required by maintenance personnel as a result of normal wear during use of the product within the warranty period are not covered under warranty.
- Labor portion of Bryton Warranty programs are covered by Bryton authorized service personnel only, and performing such repairs under the direction of Bryton. Repairs performed without pre-authorization of Bryton service personnel will not be covered by Bryton with respect to cost, such labor costs will not be reimbursed.
- Bryton shall not be liable for any expense, loss or damage, whether direct, incidental, consequential, or exemplary arising in connection with the sale, or use of, or the inability to use, Bryton products.
- When a warranty claim is filed with Bryton, the affected equipment is to be put out of service in an area available for inspection and service by Bryton technicians at their convenience at any time. If on technician’s arrival the equipment has not been set aside, customer agrees to reimburse Bryton for all costs incurred for technician’s delayed access or downtime including but not limited to travel change costs, and hourly fees during delay at $95/hr per technician. (in the case of built in / non-movable equipment, a set time is to be prearranged with Bryton personnel for free access to the equipment, if change to the arranged time is required, customer agrees to grant 24 hour notice of change, or accepts to pay for any period of delay or downtime that a technician incurs until the equipment becomes available)
- For a warranty that covers parts & labor on repair of equipment; should equipment require being sent back to a Bryton plant for service, customer agrees to cover all costs for transport and insurance for transit to/fro Bryton plant, unless otherwise agreed to in contract. Stainless steel cabinetry is exempt from this requirement.
- Disassembly of product or service covers or service panels removed by an unauthorized person voids all Bryton Warranty terms. Such activity requires pre-approval from Bryton.
- If during the applicable warranty period products require attention as provided for in the warranties set forth above, Bryton will repair the products or supply identical or substantially similar replacement product or parts, at Bryton’s sole discretion. Any repaired/replaced product will be warranted for the unexpired portion of the warranty period applicable to the particular product from date of initial product invoice.
- These Warranties will be Voided if (i) the products have not been stored or maintained in accordance with specific instructions provided by Seller, (ii) the products have been subjected to any accident, misapplication, corrosion, damage, abuse, misuse or lack of reasonable user care. (iii) Buyer has modified the product, or (iv) attempted repair, alteration or product has been tampered with in any way by a non-Bryton approved technician.
- No dealer, agent, employee or other representative of Bryton is authorized to extend or enlarge this warranty.
