–Bryton warrants all cushions, pads, positioners, and patient care mattresses to be free from manufacturer defect for a period of One Year from date of purchase. Warranty does not cover tears, rips, stains or any surface blemish that could have been avoided with reasonable level of user care. Bryton’s cushion/pad/mattress Warranty does not cover damage/defect caused by harsh cleaning chemicals or excess body fluids. Warranty covers parts and labor required to repair said product. Bryton may replace product at its sole discretion, should item be discontinued, Bryton reserves the right to replace with a ‘like’ product. All warranty claims will be subject to inspection before repair or replacement is approved, Bryton warranties do not cover products that have signs of alterations, abuse, misuse, or damage that is not a result of a manufacturer defect, or that may be a result of lack of reasonable care. Signs of such will void all warranty on said product whatsoever. Evidence of tamper, repair, or adjustments by a non-Bryton approved technician will Void all warranty. Bryton will pay for freight/travel costs for repair or replacement 

–Includes complete product for one (1) year against manufacturer defects at Bryton’s sole discretion. Bryton will pay to/fro freight for all ‘approved’ First Year Warranties. Repairs may be performed at customer facility at Bryton’s discretion. One Year warranty covers parts and labor for manufacturer defective parts and replacement thereof.
