No other warranty is honored, whether expressed or implied in any way whatsoever. This warranty will not apply to product with signs of misuse, abuse, alterations, or lack of reasonable care. Pads and cushions with slits or tears from misuse, abrasive cleaners, or knives will not be replaced.
